A Machebeuf education is an investment in the future of your student. All families are charged tuition and a student registration fee.
Machebeuf families also contribute ten (10) volunteer hours to the school each School Year.
The cost of Tuition does not include uniforms or athletic fees. The Student & Registration Fee covers registration, the
loan of all needed textbooks, technology fees, student admission to all athletic events at Bishop Machebeuf High School, student
locker with combination lock, and grade-specific activities such as testing, retreats, graduation, and student activities. Athletic
fees are charged to those students who opt to participate in a sport.

TUITION & FEES FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR
Early Bird Registration Fee $500Machebeuf-U Fee $175 for all new students to cover college prep and testing.
Parish Affiliated Tuition is $10,800. Families must submit to BMHS a parish affiliation form with a parish signature by the deadline
to receive this rate. Here is the parish affiliation form.
Unaffiliated Tuition is $11,800.
Sr. Rosemary Wilcox Scholarship
The Sr. Rosemary Wilcox Scholarship was established in honor of the first principal of Machebeuf. To apply for this scholarship,
students and families must meet the eligibility guidelines listed on the application and students must complete an essay application.
Families must demonstrate financial need by completing the FAIR application. A partial tuition scholarship is awarded
to one girl and one boy from the eligible candidates. Students must reapply each year to be considered for this scholarship.

The Alumni Legacy Scholarship
Is a non-renewable scholarship awarded to an incoming freshman for the 2016-2017 school year. Consideration for this
award will be based on the applicant's academic performance as well as the information, essays and recommendations
provided in the application. Applicant must be a child or grandchild of a graduate of Bishop Machebeuf High School.
Incoming student must be accepted for admission and subsequently attend Bishop Machebeuf High School. The
Bishop Machebeuf High School Alumni Association reserves the right to contact finalists for interviews. ONLY
COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR APPLICATION CONTAINS ALL

External Need-Based Financial Aid
The foundations listed below offer financial assistance to Machebeuf families, and each has its own application, criteria
for awarding, and deadline. The Financial Aid Committee provides initial awards with a total amount of financial
aid and later finds the funding sources which includes the below.
To qualify for an ACE Scholarship, families must live in Colorado and qualify for the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program.
A limited number of applications are available each year through the Bishop Machebeuf High School Office of Admissions.
Families will be notified by the Business Office if they qualify for an application. The amount of financial
assistance awarded is up to $3,000 per academic year. The awards are renewable each year and follow a student
from lower grades through high school. Families must submit Federal tax returns to the BMHS Business Office to
qualify for renewal for the next school year. If you have any questions, please contact the Business Office.
Schmitz Family Foundation
The Schmitz Family Foundation supports Machebeuf students through scholarships of up to $3,000 based on income level. A
limited number of applications are available each year. Families will be notified by the Business Office if they
qualify for an application. Families must meet the eligibility guidelines listed on the application. At least
one person in the family must be employed, and federal income tax forms and W-2s must be included with the application.
Students must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA. The awards renew as long as a family continues to meet the income
