Sacramental Life
Here at Bishop Machebeuf, our first Core Value is devotion to God. One of our priorities is to provide for the sacramental life of our students and to bring them to the Blessed Sacrament.
Section 1324 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church states:
"The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. The other sacraments, and indeed all ecclesiastical ministries and works of the apostolate are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented toward it. For in the Blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ Himself." CCC 1324
We are a school rooted in the Catholic faith, but many non-catholics freely choose Bishop Machebeuf and find it to be a warm and welcoming environment. In order to provide for the spiritual growth of our students, we provide the following opportunities:
