Spring Sports
All athletes planning to try out for a spring sport must turn in the following to the Athletic Director before February 27, 2012 in order to be allowed to try out for a team: Current physical exam, Parent Permission to Participate/Liability Release, Athletic/Activity Insurance Waiver, Travel and Overnight Stay and an Athletic Code of Conduct. These forms can be found on the Athletic Home Page of Machebeuf’s website, the Main Office and the Athletic Director’s office. If you played a fall or winter sport you do not have to turn in the forms again. If you have any questions, please contact Hans Bihr at hbihr@machebeuf.org or 303-344-0082 x112.
